The Last Kids on Earth: Hit the Deck: Chichuki Views

It's that time again for the next Chichuki Views episode. This time, I'm checking out the rogue-like card game, The Last Kids on Earth: Hit the Deck. This game was a nice surprise to me. I didn't know what to think when I started the playthrough but really enjoyed myself. The voice acting and the cut-scenes are top notch and I felt like I was getting to know all the playable characters. I also felt that during the in game missions as well. The battle mechanics of fighting with cards was fun but at times it was tough to tell what items were usable. It was also tough to see what enemies were going to attck, even though there was an indicator. That being said, it was a fin rogue-like and I wasn't getting the feeling of forced gameplay. Rogue-likes can have that feel of forced story elements/gameplay but that wasn't the case with The Last Kids on Earth. Check out the Chichuki Views video below for my thoughts/opinions on the game.
