Sumire Plathrough/Review

I recently got my hands on a review code of Sumire for the Nintendo Switch. The game is also available on PC so I decided to record my playthrough of the game as well as my thoughts of the game in the finale episode. Sumire tells the tale of a young girl trying to give her flower friend the best day ever since the flower only has one day to live. Sumire has had a tough childhood as her parents are splitting up as well as her grandmother passing away. Combine this with her best friend, Chie, not being her best friend anymore and you get the idea that Sumire might not be the best person to show flower the best day ever. That being said, the game looks great as I wasn't expecting the graphics and writing to suck me into the story as well as it did. If you're into "day simulations" combined with side quests, then this is the experience for you. The only real knock I have is that it was hard to actually tell what time of day it was as some of the side quests require you to do things at a certain time of day. I know I only briefly mentioned this here but check out the full playthrough/review video series for more details. There is a card game that you play with Bo during the game that was really fun and would love to play that on its own. In a day sim, you can play the game over and over again and make different choices to get all the achievements and that's fun too. I'm giving Sumire for the Switch an 8/10 and really enjoyed my time with the game.
